Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hours of reception)  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once your order leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for any delays , damages or lost packages. Any claims regarding lost or damaged packages must be filed by customer via the official shipping carriers website.

Please be sure to check your package as soon as possible for any damages or errors, as we only allow 3 days after delivery to report any issues due to inventory purposes.
